1. Procurement and self-production

2. If the slings are homemade, they should meet the quality requirements stipulated by the state and the industry, and their technical indicators should not be lower than the national and professional standards.

1. The user should be very familiar with the contents of the slings. If they are not familiar, they should not operate rashly to prevent danger.

2. The selected slings should meet or adapt to the appearance characteristics and requirements of the workpiece to be hoisted. If they do not meet or adapt, they must not be used.

3. Before using the slings, they should be carefully checked. Only after all the checks are correct can they be used, otherwise they cannot be used.

4. The rope points should be correctly selected before hanging, and the workpiece should be confirmed to be firmly tied before lifting.

5. The slings and accessories used cannot exceed the rated lifting weight.

6. During the operation, the slings and accessories must not be damaged. If necessary, some protective or protective measures can be taken.

7. After the slings are used, they should be returned to the storage place in time and should not be placed at will.

III. Management

1. The user unit should establish a management system for slings for effective management.

2. The slings should be checked frequently during daily use. Once defects that affect safe use are found, they should be stopped immediately.

3. The user unit should conduct a comprehensive inspection of the slings every month, and evaluate their safety in accordance with safety technical requirements, and keep inspection records.

IV. Storage

When the slings and rigging are idle, they should be protected and stored. The storage place must meet the requirements and cannot be exposed to high temperature, corrosion, moisture and rust. Therefore, certain protective measures should be taken to prevent these phenomena from occurring.
