The main function of the stainless steel quick release ring is to quickly and effectively release the gas in the pipeline to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline system. This valve is usually made of stainless steel, has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can operate stably for a long time under harsh working conditions. Its working principle is as follows:
Exhaust process: When the pipeline starts to be filled with water or running, the valve disc of the exhaust valve will be in the open position, allowing the air in the pipeline to be discharged. As the water level rises, the float will automatically float up and gradually close the exhaust port due to the buoyancy of the water, thereby preventing water loss.
Negative pressure suction: When negative pressure appears in the pipeline (such as stopping the pump, power outage, etc.), the float will drop as the water level drops, thereby opening the exhaust port, allowing outside air to enter the pipeline, and preventing the pipeline from being damaged by negative pressure. This negative pressure suction function is of great significance for preventing pipeline vibration, rupture and other faults.
Automatic adjustment: The design of the float and valve disc enables the exhaust valve to automatically adjust the size and opening and closing state of the exhaust port at different water levels to adapt to different working conditions of the pipeline system. These characteristics of the stainless steel quick release ring enable it to ensure the stable operation of the pipeline system under various working conditions and reduce energy loss and pipeline pressure fluctuations caused by gas accumulation.
